간략한 ethtool 사용법
ethtool -s <etherner device> speed <10/100/1000> duplex <half/full> autoneg <on/off>

이쯤 하면 어떻게 쓰는지 감 잡았으리라 믿으면서..:-)

간단예시)

ethtool -s eth0 speed 100 duplex full autoneg off
